Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this guarantee, the student must meet the following requirements:

●       Enrollment: The student must be enrolled in the "Seriously Invested" level program.

●       Course Enrollment: The student must have completed a course offered by Lash & Brow Academy, which could include but is not limited to cosmetic tattooing, lash extensions, brow shaping, and other relevant beauty industry courses.

●       Course Completion: The student must have successfully completed and been certified for the course.

●       Marketing Efforts: The student must demonstrate active and consistent efforts to promote their business through various marketing strategies, including but not limited to:

○       Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

○       Posting in local Facebook groups

○       Networking within the local community

○       Running Facebook and Google ads

○       A fully functional website to establish a client base

●       Client Acquisition & Business Development: The student must actively pursue building a clientele and commit to appropriate business strategies to attract clients.

●       Pricing Strategy: The student must charge appropriate industry standard rates for services

●       Professional Services: The student must provide professional services with consistent follow-up and client engagement.

Guarantee Details:

If the student does not reach $100,000 in revenue within one year of completing their course, they will have the opportunity to continue working with Lash & Brow Academy at the "Seriously Invested" level program until the $100,000 goal is achieved. This includes the following:

●       Ongoing mentorship and guidance from L&BA trainers

●       Access to salon facilities for client work and models

●       Additional training sessions as needed

●       Marketing and business growth strategies

Refund Process (If Applicable):

If a student does not earn $100,000 within one year and does not wish to continue under the program, they may request a review of their progress. Requests must be made in writing to hello@lashandbrowacademy.com.au.

●       Timeframe for Requests: Refund or alternative resolutions must be requested within 30 days after the one-year period.

●       Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within [30] days upon approval.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not cover the following situations:

●       Unforeseen Events: The student’s inability to achieve revenue goals due to market fluctuations, personal emergencies, or acts of nature.

●       Inadequate Effort: Situations where the student has not actively marketed their services, sought guidance, or adhered to the outlined business-building strategies.

●       Non-Compliance: Failure to charge appropriate rates, provide professional services, or engage clients as outlined in the eligibility criteria.

●       Other Programs: This guarantee applies only to the "Seriously Invested" level program and does not extend to other courses or lower-level programs.

Decision:

Lash & Brow Academy reserves the right to make the final decision regarding eligibility and progress assessment based on:

●       The student’s documented efforts to build a business.

●       Consistency in marketing, networking, client acquisition, and pricing strategies.

The decision is final and will be based on the student's commitment to the outlined eligibility criteria.

Additional Terms:

●       Evidence of Efforts: The student may be required to provide documentation of marketing activities, networking efforts, and business-building strategies to assess eligibility.

●       Non-Transferable: The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual student enrolled in the program.

●       Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding eligibility or refund/resolution decisions will be resolved at the discretion of Lash & Brow Academy.
