At Lash and Brow Clinics | Academy, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability. In order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensure fairness to all our clients, we have implemented the following booking policy:
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected situations your way. However, to honor the time of both our team members and fellow clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Refund Policy: Please note that refunds will not be issued after the treatment has been provided, you are satisfied and have left our premise. Please also note for any services or appointments that are not attended including touch up appointments due to cancellation on your behalf without providing the required 24-hour notice will also not be refunded. For any faulty products or goods purchased from our store please contact our team so we send out a new item replacement. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it allows us to allocate our resources effectively and maintain the quality of service for all our clients.
